In addition to the usual dust extraction with dust bags, our product range offers the unique FB300 filterbox. It is compatible with the Dryfast DAF series as well as other brands of high-pressure axial fans with a hose connection of Ø 300 mm and an air displacement of 2000 to 4000 m³/h.
What is the filterbox for?
Thanks to its variety of filters and filtration options, the FB300 filterbox can be used for various applications in places where dust extraction is needed but where a dust bag with a length of 3 metres cannot be used. One major advantage is that even the finest of dust particles can be filtered.

What filters are available for the filterbox and which one(s) should be used under what circumstances?
The filterbox offers 6 different filter options: the G4 coarse filter, F9 cassette filter, F7 bag filter, HEPA filter, carbon filter and the paint mist filter.
The filter combination can be configured with various filters for various applications. For the construction and renovation market, for instance, we can apply a G4 coarse dust cassette filter and an F9 particulate matter cassette filter or an F7 particulate matter bag filter.
For renovation works in care homes, schools and the food industry, the filterbox can be configured with a G4 coarse dust cassette filter, F9 particulate matter cassette filter and a HEPA filter.
The carbon cassette filter can be used for all kinds of odour control applications in the renovation market, construction and painting market and in the industry.
The paint mist filter can be used to absorb paint mist and dust, e.g. for on-site spraying activities.

How to install the filters in the filterbox?
The airflow direction is indicated with an arrow on both the filterbox itself and the filters. To ensure effective operation of the filters, it is important that the arrows on the filters are visibly placed in the box in the correct direction.
