Holiday Detector

The Holiday Detector is an advanced measuring instrument that allows you to identify leaks, perforations, and porosity in protective coatings at an early stage. This direct current (DC) detector checks insulated layers on conductive substrates (such as metal surfaces) without damaging the coating. Early detection of defects prevents corrosion and extends the service life of protective coatings.

The instrument comes in an industrial carrying case including a high-voltage probe, grounding cable, belt brush, and neck strap. The high-impedance test voltage makes it safe to use while still accurately detecting sensitive defects.
